Explore Sandtray Therapy and the Creative Arts

Sandtray Therapy and Creative Arts for practicing Therapists and others on a path of growth

Imagine yourself surrounded by mixed media:  paints, clay, collage materials, writing in a warm cosy room,  dabbling, expressing your free self in colour, form and being.

Learn how the Creative Arts can transform your life or those of your clients. For over 30 years I have been inspired by the power of our creativity to enable lasting growth and fulfilment, and heal some deep wounds. I love to share this passion with you.

Come be inspired, free your inner child, and discover how to play again.

My days and retreats are for all who wish to release your full creative expression in your life now.

I have been using sandtray therapy for almost thirty years and continue to be amazed by the depth and breadth of what can be covered – it is a therapy which incorporates mind, body psyche and soul.  I love to share the power of this therapy  and its potential with others.

Creative arts events – “It is not often we get an opportunity to get in touch with our creative energy and find ingenious ways to connect with ourselves and our process too. Anna offers a wonderful space to do this, throughout the day Anna guided and encouraged a deep and playful exploration, supporting our process individually and as a group. We had an opportunity to experiment with variety of creative mediums. I was in my element and came away with an understanding of how this would be applied in a therapeutic context and I am inspired to learn more.”
Sophie Gazia

Anna was a superb facilitator who held the group safely and compassionately.  The day was beautifully constructed…

It was supportive, inclusive and just wonderful’
